To join the Blades Orchard CSA for 2012 please fill out the form below. 

Specify which distribution site you will be using.

Specify your share preference (full/half/fruit)

If more than one share is requested a form will need to be filled out for each membership request.

Your membership entitles you 18 weeks of produce beginning the second weekend of June 2012.  The FRUIT ONLY share starts at the beginning of July for 12 weeks.

This is shared risk.  We will do everything in our power to bring abundant produce to the CSA membership.

MORE INFORMATION

A deposit of $100 is required to hold your membership.

The membership must be paid in full by April 15, 2012.
